I just recently purchased this Certified Pre-Owned car from Crown BMW in Richmond Virginia. As it turns out, my timing was poor, and it looks like I will be moving overseas soon. I don't want to take the car, nor do I want to store it and make the payment if I can't drive it =) May as well give someone else some joy.
Car has never been smoked in. It has a cool olive green leather interior, which is sort of different and comes off looking pretty cool against the black paint. The paint color is Cosmos Schwarz, which is a metallic paint. It looks black in normal weather, but under lights at night, or in the bright sun it looks dark blue. This car is in generally terrific condition. There are minor scratches here and there that it looks like the previous owner tried to fill in with some touch up paint, and did a poor job of it, but these are things you will only notice under close scrutiny, and should be easy enough to fix. I may try to fix it myself if I have the time.
There are NO mechanical or visual issues with this car. It is indeed Certified Pre-Owned car, and the warranty that comes attached with that is good up to 100,000 miles or until October of 2008. The warranty transfers, and since I just got the darn thing, you will have roughly 50k and/or 2 years of warranty left!!!
The car is BONE STOCK. No modifications, no racing etc. This car is great for the track or just spirited road driving, with 333HP just begging to be played with, you can't beat the feeling of really getting on it!
