2002 745i AC problem.

Hi, I am new to here.
I need some advise on the AC. When I turn on my AC, driver side is cold air, but the passenger side is hot air. I charged the freon, but it is same.
In the morning or the outside is cold, the AC works fine. I heard that heat door is not working properly. Is that right? or any advise?
