The time required for this vehicle to hit a speed of 0 to 60 miles per hour is just 5.2 seconds. According to EPA, the fuel economy of the 2010 7-series is around 15 miles per gallon in the urban areas, 22 miles per gallon on the highways, and 17 mpg combined.
